There’s no such thing as solidarity, only holding one’s own beliefs and shopping in the marketplace of coalitions for the greatest return. This is the kind of attitude that is dissolving democracy, not the right, which is exploiting what is already symptomatic and not “wokeness”.
But if it was just about shopping the marketplace for the greatest return, we'd have much more quickly shifting alliances, instead of having groups such as blacks, Jews, and Muslims who have firmly ensconced in one party coalition. They may become fluid yet but they haven't necessarily been up until now.
